Our role is to first determine your financial goals, develop a plan to meet those goals and then matching that plan with a portfolio of financial products that will be best suited to achieve them. Our second role is as a behavioural counsellor. We believe that the single biggest determinant of a lifetime of superior investment returns is investor behaviour. Ultimately then, we earn our fee not by trying to determine which is the ‘best investment’ but by helping our clients to adhere to their plan through periods of both crippling fear and giddy euphoria.
